ORDINANCE SETTING SUMMER SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS
OF BOARD OF ALDERMEN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2-1 of the
Code of Ordinances, the dates of the regular meetings of
the Board of Aldermen for the months of June, July and
August, 1979 shall be June , , July J and August 7 .
The fact that the members of the Board of Aldermen will not
all be available on the normal regular meeting dates dur-
ing the summer creates an emergency; this ordinances is
declared to be an emergency, and shall become effective
upon its passage.
