AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING ALL RIGHTS TO A TWO
AND ONE-HALF FOOT STRIP OF UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 12, BLOCK
3, MIDWESTERN FARMS, SECTION 2
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon all rights
to a two and one half foot (22') right-of-way from the south side of an existing
utility easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: •
The two and one half (21) foot strip of land on the south side of an
existing seven and one half (71/2) foot utility easement lying south of the north
property line of Lot 12, Block 3, Midwestern Farms, Section 2, an addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and the same is hereby permanently released
and abandoned.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3rd day of July, 1979.
