AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING ALL RIGHTS TO A TEN
(10) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT BLOCK 33, JOSEPH A. KEMP ADDITION,
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND A PORTION OF GALVESTON
STREET CLOSED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1806
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon all rights
to a ten (10) foot utility easement right-of-way hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the north-south ten (10) foot wide utility easement lying in Block
33, Joseph A. Kemp Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas, and a portion of Galveston
Street previously closed by City Ordinance No. 1806, be and the same is hereby
permanently released and abandoned.
