AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENT SITUATED IN LOT 2, PAINTER SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the
utility easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the ten (10) foot wide utility easement lying along the east
side of Lot 2, Painter Subdivision of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and is hereby
released and abandoned.
