AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
AUDITORIUM/ACTIVITIES CENTER FUND TO ACCOUNT
NUMBERS LISTED BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Auditorium/Activities
Center Fund the sum of $35, 000 which shall be placed in the following Account
numbers:

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount will be due and that it is essential
for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore
this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
