AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENT SITUATED BETWEEN LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 4, WOODHAVEN
ADDITION, SECTION 1
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the utility
easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the fifteen (15) foot wide utility easement lying between Lots 1
and 2, Block 4, Woodhaven Addition, Section 1, of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and
the same is hereby released and abandoned.
