ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 22-1 (a) , OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES FOR ONE DAY AT BELLEVUE PARK.
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Arts Association has requested
the use of Bellevue Park to sell art work and,
WHEREAS, this sale will support and promote the arts in
the City of Wichita Falls,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
Section 22-1 (a) , plying trades or occupations, is hereby
waived as far as it pertains to Bellevue Park on the 21st day
of October, 1979.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of September, 1979.
