ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY IN
BLOCK 1, EDGAR SCURRY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the alley in Block 1,
Edgar Scurry Subdivision hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The east-west fifteen (15) foot alley in Block 1, Edgar Scurry Subdi-
vision between Paradise Street and Whitfield Lane, be and is hereby closed and
abandoned, save and except a fifteen (15) foot wide utility easement being
retained between Lots 5 and 6, Block 1.
