AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENT SITUATED IN LOT 1, BLOCK 24, MIDWESTERN PARK
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the utility
easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the fifteen (15) foot wide utility easement on the south side of
Lot 1, Block 24 of the Midwestern Park Subdivision of Wichita Falls, Texas, be
and is hereby released and abandoned.
