AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING ALL RIGHTS TO CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENTS SITUATED IN LOTS 2A AND 2B, UNIVERSITY
PARK SHOPPING CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the
utility easements hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the fifteen (15) foot wide, east-west, utility easement lying
north of the south lot lines of Lots 2A and 2B, University Park Shopping
Center, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and are hereby
released and abandoned. /
