AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING ALL RIGHTS TO A CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENT SITUATED IN SOUTHWEST PARKWAY CENTER, UNIT 1.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the
utility easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The twenty (20) foot wide, east-west, utility easement lying along
the north property line of Southwest Parkway Center, Unit 1, an addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said easement also lies adjacent to and south
of Lots 1, 2A and 2B University Park Shopping Center, be and is hereby released
and abandoned.
