AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-114
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES ON CERTAIN STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS, AND DECLARING AN, EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (c) of Section 29-114 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Wichita. Falls is hereby amended by adding to the schedule in such section, •
the following:

"Loop 473 (Old Jacksboro Hwy) Christine Road Southwest Parkway Both
Ona.wa.y Trail Santa. Fe Street Wenonah Boulevard Both"
SECTION 2. The fact that many people live within the City of Wichita Falls
and that there is an urgent need for protection of its citizens and their property upon
the City's roads and streets, this ordinance is declared an emergency measure on the
ground of urgent public need for the orderly flow of traffic upon its roads and streets
and a public need for the preservation of the peace, health, and safety of property of
the citizens of the City. Therefore, this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
