Ord 3579 12/4/1979 ORDINANCE NO. /7y AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, COMPREHENSIVE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 2118, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REQUIRE THAT ALLEYS OR ALTERNATE METHODS OF PROVIDING UTILITY AND OTHER SERVICES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ALL RESIDENTIAL AND NON- RESIDENTIAL AREAS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Section 9(C) (1) of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended and shall read as follows: "Section 9(C) ALLEYS (1) General requirements for alleys. (a) Alleys shall be provided in all residential and non-residen- tial areas, with the exception set out in (b) . (b) If an alternate method of servicing the property with public services as approved by the Director of Public Works is provided, alleys shall not be required."
