ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 22-1 (a) , OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES AT SCOTLAND PARK DURING PARTS OF
1980 AS IT PERTAINS TO THE YWCA.
WHEREAS, the YWCA in Wichita Falls has requested the
use of the tennis courts at Scotland Park for lessons and
league play beginning in April of 1980; and,
WHEREAS, this activity will assist the YWCA' s efforts
and the City of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 22-1 (a) , plying trades or occupations, is
hereby waived as far as it pertains to the YWCA using the
tennis courts in Scotland Park during 1980.
