AN ORDINANCE WAIVING MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS
ON A PROPOSED REPLAT OF LOTS 27 & 28, BLOCK 104, ORIGINAL
TOWNSITE, CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the owners of Lots 27 and 28, Block 104, Original Townsite
have requested that minimum building setback requirements be waived; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has
recommended to the Board of Aldermen that said waiver be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 9(L) (6) (a) of Ordinance No. 2118, Comprehensive Subdivision
Ordinance, requiring that a non-residential lot shall have a minimum building
setback on the side street of at least twenty-five (25) feet be waived for the
replat of said lots, and a minimum setback of at least five (5) feet is
approved for proposed Lot 27A, Block 104, Original Townsite.
