ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF BEER AT THE
PARENTS WITHOUT PARTNERS BENEFIT DANCE,
JUNE 21, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Notwithstanding the provisions contained in Ordinance
No. 2491, it shall be lawful for the sponsors of the Parents
Without Partners, Local 246, or their concessionaire, to
obtain a Temporary License under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage
Code, which shall authorize the holder thereof to sell beer
only for consumption at 1400 Beverly Drive, in or from any
lawful container to the ultimate consumer, which Temporary
License shall be good only June 21, 1980.
