Resolution awarding bid and contract for the Northside Wastewater
Treatment Plant Effluent Reuse Conveyance Facilities (CWF14-732-14)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Northside
Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Reuse Conveyance Facilities (CWF14-732-14); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Cothran Construction,
which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $1,185,361.65.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Reuse
Conveyance Facilities (CWF14-732-14) is awarded to Cothran Construction, in an estimated
total amount of $1,185,361.65, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
