AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING THE BLANKET UTILITY EASEMENT
IN LOT 2, BLOCK 26 OF THE MIDWESTERN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Lot 2, Block 26 of the Midwestern Park
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas , which was filed for record on
September 15, 1978 in the office of the County Clerk of Wichita County, Texas,
dedicated a blanket utility easement on all of the said Lot 2, Block 26; and,
WHEREAS, the Amended Final Plat of Lot 2, Block 26 of the Midwestern
Park Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, which was filed for record on
January 27, 1981 in the office of the County Clerk, Wichita County, Texas , dedi-
cated specific utility easements; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the utility
easement hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The blanket utility easement dedicated on the Final Plat of Lot 2, Block
26 of the Midwestern Park Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, which
was filed for record on September 15, 1978 in the office of the County Clerk,
Wichita County, Texas, be and the same is hereby released and abandoned.
