ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF BEER AT A
FUND RAISING DINNER AT OUR LADY QUEEN OF
PEACE PARISH HALL ON MARCH 14 , 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Notwithstanding the provisions contained in Ordinance No. 2491,
it shall be lawful for the sponsors of the fund raising dinner on
March 14 , 1981, or their concessionaire, to obtain a temporary
license under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, which shall autho-
rize the holder thereof to sell beer only for consumption on the
premises of the Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish Hall at 4040 York
Street, in or from any lawful container to the ultimate consumer,
which temporary license shall be good only on March 14, 1981 .
