AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (AD) OF SECTION
29-91 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS ESTABLISHING PRIMA FACIE MAX-
IMUM SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (AD) of Section 29-91 of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended by adding under eastbound traffic :
"(3) 45 mph from Galvestion Street to Old Jacksboro Highway. "
