RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO A
CONTRACT WITH BIGGS & MATHEWS, INC. , FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ON SANITARY SEWER
MAINS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a current contract with
the firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. , for the rendering of professional services
on the City sewer system; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the scope and quantity of
work to be accomplished; and,
WHEREAS, a proposed contract amendment has been submitted for
consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Certain contract amendment dated December 13, 1983, is approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1983.
