RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION AND AGREEMENT
WITH COUNTY OFFICIALS FOR USE OF PUNCH CARD VOTING
MACHINES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate with and
make an agreement with Wichita County officials for the use of their
punch card voting machines in the municipal election in April, 1984 .
The consideration to be paid for the use of the machines, for tabulating
the returns, for preparing the machines for use at the polls, and for
any other expenses incidental thereto, shall not exceed the sum of
700 . 00 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of December, 1983 .
