RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE RESULTS OF A CONTRACT
WITH RADY AND ASSOCIATES AND TO AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Rady and
Associates in September, 1982, whereby the firm was to accomplish a water
distribution study, develop a hydraulic model, and complete other tasks;
and,
WHEREAS, the requirements of the contract have been completed
and all final engineer products have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract has been satisfactorily completed and all products
are accepted. The Public Utilities Department is authorized to make final
payment of $5,534.44 to Rady and Associates.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1983.
