RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH JAMES D.
HAGUE FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC
SIGNAL AT THE KEMP STREET ENTRANCE TO PARKER
SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT;
That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, between the City of
Wichita Falls and James D. Hague is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I am the individual owner of Parker Square Shopping Center in Wichita
Falls, Texas. At this time, I would like to request that a stop light
be installed on Kemp Street at the main entrance of Parker Square
Shopping Center.
It is my understanding that Mr. Steve Schiffman of HLS Construction
Company, of San Antonio, Texas, the contractors who are performing the
renovation of this shopping center, has been in touch with your office
and has been advised that the City of Wichita Falls will provide the
labor for this particular stop light and that I am to pay for the
materials involved. It is also my understanding that I will be in-
voiced upon completion of such installation of this stop light, and
that such installation will cost less than $20,000.00.
If the above is your understanding of this matter, please have an
authorized representative of your office indicate this fact by signing
on the space shown at the close of this letter.
