RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT ON CONTRACT
WITH BOSTICK CONSTRUCTION CO.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the Bostick Construction Co. entered into a
contract dated October 4, 1983 for removal of existing mercury vapor street lights and
installation of new high pressure sodium lamps; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and inspected by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the balance due the contractor is $4,005.00:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that:
The construction of such project is accepted by the City and the City Manager is
authorized to make final payment to such contractor of the balance due as showed
above.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 15th day of November 1983.
