RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO G & E ALARM
SYSTEMS, INC. FOR FIFTEEN (15) EMERGENCY
ACTION RESPONSE SYSTEM UNITS
WHEREAS, $5,000.00 was made available to Senior Citizens Services of North
Texas, Inc. for the purchase of an Emergency Action Response System in the
Final Statement of Community Development Objectives for the 1983-84 fiscal
year; and,
WHEREAS, the Final Statement of Community Development objectives was
passed and approved by City Council on May 17, 1983; and,
WHEREAS, Senior Citizens Services of North Texas, Inc. desires to purchase
the above equipment from G & E Alarm Systems, Inc; and,
WHEREAS, Senior Citizens Services of North Texas, Inc. has requested payment
for the above equipment by the City of Wichita Falls to G & E Alarm Systems, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
Payment to G & E Alarm Systems, Inc. in the amount of $5,000.00 for purchase
of an Emergency Action Response System is hereby approved and the City Manager is
directed to pay the vendor the amount due as set out above.
