RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH C.I.
OF TEXAS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRAL SERVICES
COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C.I. of Texas as contractors agreed
to construct the Central Services Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for reinforcing steel has been completed in
the amount of $3,290.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $3,290.00 is approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 1st day of November , 1983.
