RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EMPLOY ATTORNEY
GLYNN PURTLE TO PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES IN CONDEMNATION
CASE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to employ Attorney Glynn
Purtle to represent the City of Wichita Falls in the condemnation
case, No. C-205-A, City of Wichita Falls vs. Marvin M. Burrus, et ux,
for a fee of $80 .00 per hour, with a maximum of $3 , 500 .00 .
