RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR LEASE AGREEMENT DTFA07-82-L-
01014 FSS/FSO FOR LEASE OF SPACE AT THE WICHITA FALLS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, between the City of
Wichita Falls and the Federal Aviation Administration, setting annual rental, is hereby
approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita
Falls.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of 1983,
by and between the CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, (hereinafter call Lessor),
whose address is Municipal Airport, Route 4, Box 8, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301,
and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter call Government) , WITNESSETH, That:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into Lease No. DTFA07-82-L-01014 on
November 16, 1981 , as amended by Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated July 1,1983, for the considerations and purposes more particularly stated in said
lease, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Lessor's operating costs for janitorial and maintenance service
for the FSS/SFO has increased approximately 8.25%, or $0.22 per square foot in-
crease for janitorial and maintenance service to 2,321 square feet and $0.14 per
square foot increase for maintenance service to 633 square feet of space.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to amend the basic lease, as amended,
effective October 1, 1983, as follows:
1. In Article 9 delete $2.65 rate for janitorial and maintenance service and
add $2.87 for 2321 square feet; and delete $1.67 rate for maintenance service
only and add $1.81 rate for 633 square feet.
2. In Article 9 delete $17,546.76 and add $18,146.00 for a total annual cost.
3. In Article 3 delete $17,546.76 and add $18,146.00; and delete $4,386.69 and
add $4,536.50 (per Government Fiscal Quarter)
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the lease, as, amended, shall remain in
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto subscribed their names as of the
