RESOLUTION NO. vW-4
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER JAMES BERZINA
TO SIGN AND FILE WITH THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION AN
APPLICATION TO AMEND CERTIFIED FILING NO. 559 AND/
OR CERTIFIED FILING NO. 792, TO AUTHORIZE IMPOUNDING
OF WATER FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES IN LAKE WICHITA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . City Manager James Berzina is hereby authorized to
sign and file with the Texas Water Commission an application to
amend Certified Filing No . 559 and/or Certified Filing No. 792, to
authorize the impounding of water for recreational purposes in Lake
Wichita.
SECTION 2 . City Manager James Berzina is authorized to sign
all other instruments which may be required by the Texas Water Commis-
sion with regard to such application to amend such certified filings
for such authority.
