RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH JOE M.
NALL AND ASSOCIATES FOR SPECIAL RATE STUDY
FOR WATER PROVIDED TO THE CITY OF HOLLIDAY,
TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and the City of Holliday,
Texas, have a Water Purchase Contract;
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have a special
rate study conducted to determine a projected cost-of-service for the
period December 1, 1983 through November 30, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the firm of Joe M. Nall and Associates of Dallas, Texas,
is available and qualified to conduct the rate study.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Joe M.
Nall and Associates to conduct the rate study, at a cost not to exceed $2,000.
