RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF
IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING OF THE TRANSFER STATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the installation of irrigation and landscaping at the Transfer
Station; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and it is found that the
bid of Webb Landscape Company, in the amount of $48, 640 . 00 is the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Webb Landscape Company, in the amount of $48 , 640 . 00,
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract with Webb Landscape Company for the installation of such
improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of October, 1983 .
