RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF
HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM FIXTURES TO BOSTICK CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita. Falls has advertised for bids for the removal of
old fixtures and the installation of new high pressure sodium fixtures; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and the bid of Bostick Construction Co. in the
amount of $4,005.00 was the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Bostick Construction Co. is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to enter into a contract with Bostick Construction Co. for the removal of
the old fixtures and the installation of the new high pressure sodium fixtures.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 4th day of October , 1983.
