RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2, WATER
TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT I,
SECTION II
WHEREAS, the City and Rome Corporation as contractor agreed to
construct the Water Treatment Plant Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #2 in the amount of a credit of $5,384.85
has been submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #2 in the credit amount of $5,384.85 is approved and
the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983.
