RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 183-82, TO ESTABLISH
A NON-PROFIT YOUTH GROUP RATE FOR MUNICIPAL TENNIS
CENTERS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1 of Resolution No . 183-82, which established court
fees for Hamilton Park and Weeks Park Tennis Centers, is hereby
amended by adding to the schedule therein the following:
Weekday fees for non-profit youth groups 1 .00 per person per hour,
chartered by the State of Texas from opening time until
4 : 00 p.m. on weekdays . "
