A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REASONABLE FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED
BY UTILITY COLLECTIONS AND WATER DISTRIBUTION AND MAINTENANCE DIVISIONS.
WHEREAS, the rates currently charged are below cost of providing
special services; and,
WHEREAS, these services should be supported by those customers receiving
the special services.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Wichita Falls Shall provide certain special services
for reasonable fees which will recover costs of providing these services.
