RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH AETNA LIFE
AND CASUALTY FOR EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City has solicited and received bids for the
provision of employee life insurance programs; and,
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Aetna Life and Casualty is
the lowest responsible bid; and,
WHEREAS, accepting this bid is in the best interest of the
City of Wichita Falls .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Aetna Life and Casualty for provision of employee life insurance
programs .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 1983 .
