RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE FRED S .
JAMES COMPANY FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY'S
EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND DENTAL BENEFITS .
WHEREAS, the City has solicited and received bids for administra-
tion of health and dental benefits; and,
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by the Fred S . James Company
is the lowest responsible bid; and,
WHEREAS, accepting this bid is in the best interest of the City
of Wichita Falls .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execcute a contract
with the Fred S . James Company for administration of the City' s health
and dental benefits .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 1983 .
