RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1,
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, SOUTHWEST
WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Opex, Inc. as Contractor
entered into a contract in January, 1983, wherein said contractor agreed
to construct the Sanitary Sewer Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for alternate construction for a credit
of $1,455.25 reducing the original contract value of $357,899.70 to $356,444.45
has been submitted and recommended by the Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,455.25 credit for alternate
construction is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change
Order No. 1 for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983.
