RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 with C. I. OF
TEXAS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRAL SERVICES COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C. I. of Texas as contractor agreed to
construct the Central Services Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for a credit of $16,431.00 has been submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $16,431.00 is approved and the City Manager
is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 6th day of September, 1983.
