RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS WITH THE
TEXAS STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, in the normal course of business with the Texas State
Department of Highways and Public Transportation, agreements and contracts
are executed with the City; and,
WHEREAS, personnel currently authorized authority to execute
these contracts are no longer in the employ of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute contracts and agreements
for the City with the Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
