RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 .
1983 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
REPLACEMENT OF UTILITY LINES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Panhandle Construction
Company, as contractor, entered into a contract in January 1983 wherein
said contractor agreed to construct the 1983 Community Development Block
Grant Replacement of Utility Lines; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #2 for an additional 240 lineal feet of
open encasement at $25.00 per lineal foot at $6000.00 has been submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #2 in the amount of $6000.00 increase is approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6th DAY OF Se.tember
1983.
