RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO CONTRACT
WITH ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR NORTHSIDE FIRE
STATION NO. 9 , FOR AN ADDITIONAL $1, 535 .65 .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Electra Construction Co.
entered into a contract dated April 5, 1983 for the construction of
the Northside Fire Station No . 9; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 to such contract has been proposed,
which would add the installation of concrete sidewalk and six inch
fiberglass batt insulation above the ceilings, which change order
will increase the amount of the contract by $1,535 .65 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Change Order No. 3, a copy of which is attached
hereto, to the contract with Electra Construction Co. for the
construction of such Fire Station No. 9, is hereby approved, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls .
