RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE 1983-
1984 CITY BUDGET AND THE 1983-1984 FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . A public hearing shall be held by the City Council
on the 1983-1984 City budget at a Council meeting to be held on the
27th day of September, 1983 at 8 : 30 o 'clock (a.m. ) 61xxxA in the
Council Chamber in the Memorial Auditorium building in Wichita Falls ,
Texas . The City Clerk shall give public notice of the hour, date
and place of such public hearing by publishing such notice not more
than thirty days nor less than ten days before the public hearing in
a newspaper of general circulation in Wichita Falls .
SECTION 2 . A public hearing shall be held by the City Council
on the 1983-1984 Federal Revenue Sharing budget at such Council
meeting on September 27 , 1983 . Public notice of such hearing shall
be given in accordance with federal revenue sharing regulations .
