RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
AN EASEMENT CONTRACT WITH SIEMENS-ALLIS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City requires a utility easement over Siemens-Allis
unplatted land immediately to the north of Lot 1 of Allis-Chalmers
Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, Siemens-Allis, Inc. is desirous of providing said
easement while protecting their interests and have provided an instrument
for execution by the city;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The instrument is approved by the City Council and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same in the name of the city.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983.
