RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS AND PERDUE,
BRANDON, BLAIR AND FIELDER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
TEXAS, THAT:
That certain modification to the contract between the City of
Wichita Falls and Perdue, Brandon, Blair and Fielder, a copy of which
modification is attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of August, 1983 .

MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT WITH
PERDUE, BRANDON, BLAIR AND FIELDER
That certain contract for the collection of the delinquent
taxes, between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and Perdue, Brandon,
Blair and Fielder, is hereby amended so that Subsection A of Section
I of such contract shall read as follows:
A. Taxes that become delinquent during the terms of this
contract that are not delinquent for any prior years become subject
to the terms of this contract as follows:
Delinquents as of February 1 become subject
to the terms of the contract July 1;
Delinquents as of July 1 become subject to
the terms of the contract September 1;
of the year in which they become delinquent;
and"
