RESOLUTION DETERMINING NECESSITY FOR ACQUISITION
OF PROPERTY AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
FOR THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ON NORTH SIDE OF
NORTHWEST DRIVE, 1980-82 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF APPRAISERS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section No. 1 . It is necessary to acquire the following
described property for the Street right-of-way and Utility Easement
and Adjustment, 1980-82 Capital Improvement Program, to-wit:
Fifteen feet along the north side of Northwest Drive from the
west side of State Loop 11 Highway to the east side of Radio Lane
for street right-of-way, and seventeen feet along the north side of
such additional street right-of-way for electric distribution
easement.
Section No. 2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to
employ appraisers to appraise the property being acquired for the
Street right-of-way and Utility Easement and Adjustment on the
north side of Northwest Drive, 1980-82 Capital Improvement Program.
