RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1,
1983 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
REPLACEMENT OF UTILITY LINES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Panhandle Construction
Company as contractor entered into a contract in January, 1983 wherein said
contractor ageed to construct the 1983 Community Development Block Grant
Replacement of Utility Lines; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 for extra work and delays in the
amount of $7,011.00 has been submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 in the amount of $7,011.00 is approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF JUNE, 1983.
