A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES AND PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS FOR
THE JOBS BILL (PL 98-8)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
THAT:
A Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and Projected Use
of Funds for additional Community Development Block Grant Funds under the Jobs
Bill is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to complete
and file the Statement for such grant with the Department of Housing and Urban
Development. The City Manager is further authorized to execute any necessary
documents requested to carry out and complete such grant. The Statement shall
include a completed OMB Standard Form 424 and copies of certifications as specified
by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
