RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID FOR CITY'S ANNUAL REQUIREMENT
FCR ALUMINUM SULPHATE TO USE IN TREATING WATER SUPPLY
WHEREAS, the City uses the chemical Aluminum Sulphate to treat
its fresh water supply; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been received on the City's annual requirement
for this chemical; and,
WHEREAS, Pioneer Chemical Company is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
Pioneer Chemical Company for the supply of aluminum sulphate at a bid price
of $7,890.00.
